• Appointment Confirmation

All appointment must be confirmed.

If the client does not confirm, cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. A 20% deposit of the service price will be required to book any future appointments.

• Late Cancellation or Rescheduling 

If a clients cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, the 20% deposit becomes non-refundable and will be forfeited.

• Reason for this Policy

Last-minute changes impact the schedule and limit availability for other clients.

Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to avoid losing your 20% deposit.
